PERUVIAN WONDER
PERUVIAN WONDERS
This latest bracelet design was inspired by our visit to the Sacred Valley in Peru last October. This 70 mile river valley follows the Urabamba River as it twist and turns against a backdrop of some of the highest and most beautiful mountains in Peru The locals still speak the native language of the Incas, raise alpacas and spend their days weaving brightly colored textiles.
The many colors and weave we added to the basic macrame square knot in this tutorial were inspired by the wonderful handicrafts we saw on our trip! We hope you have fun making these bracelets and if you ever get the chance, make sure to take your own trip to the Sacred Valley!
